Packaging:
We will pull, create (as applicable), and pack your order within 24-48 hours.
Shipping:
We will print your shipping label and deliver your package to the post office within 24-72hours. Please keep in mind nights, weekends, and holidays when the post office is closed.
               Shipping Cost
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Keep in mind…
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to be sure you receive your package. If a package is returned to The NRG Loft, there is a cost of $6.50 to reship your order.
Delivery:
To keep an eye on your package, you will receive a tracking number. If by chance you don’t receive an email/text with your tracking information, please check your spam folder. Once an item is delivered to the post office, The NRG Loft is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed items. If there are any concerns with the delivery of your package, please reach out to the shipping provider for assistance. For lost/stolen packages, if a claim is filed, accepted, and approved by the shipping company, we will package and ship a replacement order.
